Digital meetings get old. Zoom fatigue, right? They’ve become a way of life, but face-to-face meetings still generates a world of ideas, and reinforce connections between us all. If a unique setting suits your organization, consider holding your retreat, planning session, board meeting, or the like in the Stage3 Gathering Room. Yes, you can hybrid meet in the digital village for those who cannot attend in person.

What about food and refreshments?

You have many choices. Kitsap Peninsula is home to excellent catering services from Mi Sueno to Semper Fine. Look at About Stage3 to get some tasty ideas.

Prefer to cook your own meals? A small kitchen is available. You can eat-and-meet in the Gathering Room, by the outdoor fire, have a picnic by Martha John Creek, and count salmon coming back to the stream thanks to the Port Gamble S’Kellam tribe’s restoration efforts.

Good food, space to think, and the right atmosphere inspires creative strategies. Auntmama’s Stage 3 is such a space, according to those who’ve worked here. The ceilings are barn high, old tiffany lamps light your way, and there are plenty of corners for break-out rooms, including nooks under the hemlocks or the woodsy garden.

Up to 25 people will be comfortable in the Gathering room. The meadow accommodates a good deal more. Think of it as a retro space where you can exchange ideas, make a plan, commit to a dream. Leave feeling refreshed, seeing new opportunities, and knowing your teammates just a little bit better.
